Yogurt or condensed milk . But if you use condensed milk you have to adjust the balance of sweetness . Yogurt is better option

Hi Tiffinbox I tried the Choc Muffins. Thanks for your video. 250 gm Flour, 25 gm cocoa, 4 gm baking powder, 3 gm baking soda, salt my weighing scale could not trap the weight, 220 gm butter milk, 135 gm sugar, 70 gm oil, 3/8 teaspoon Vanilla essence, 90 gm chocolate pieces . 18 muffins. I did not add 40 gm of the flour as the consistency of the mix was reached. I found the top of the muffins a little crustier how to prevent that ? Thanks again for your efforts.

18-20 minutes almost lag jaenge. You can check it after 15minutes. Flame should be kept low. Plz also checkout my chnl🙏
