My advice would be to puff the chest and make sure that your sternum is tilted when you bench, and also practice slow tempo bench with a wide grip, focusing on stretching and opening the chest so that the stress goes to the pecs rather than the shoulder joint.

It mostly depends. For example if you're doing calisthenics most of what you do already trains your abs, A LOT. Pull ups, dips, squats, and push ups all train your core. Harder variations train the core further, archer push ups for example since you move from side to side and need to stabilize your body and then you have handstands L sits etc. It all trains your core. If you're weight lifting though, well you might want to consider it.

@@sirjunior9006 Yes! But make sure you do your research. Find fitness youtube channels backed by science like Jeff Nippard or jeremy ethier, and try to research dieting. As long as you eat more protein and less total calories throughout the day, made mostly of foods that are healthy, as well as getting on an effective workout program for fat loss and muscle gain, you'll reach your goals. However, it is a very long process, so if you keep researching and stay consistent, within months and eventually years you'll see results that you'll be very happy with :)

Don’t cut down calories too fast because you don’t want to nuke your metabolism, start slow.
