Hilarious Sellers aren't selling because they they realize that buyers aren't willing to pay their price They're selling because they can't afford to hold onto a cash flow negative investment any longer and have decided to take a loss Alot more of that coming in 2025. This is not a good thing.

Keep in mind that not everyone is losing money. A lot of people are actually still making a good profit from selling, they are just not making as much as they wanted.

I'm a condo seller. I'm just waiting until 2028-2029 when its a strong sellers market again There's blood on the street right now in terms of condos only (as a housing type). Are you going to buy? of course not!

I hold six condos in the GTA. They are about 60-70% paid. I am not cash flow negative. In fact, not many investors are. There is just a few KZbinr real estate agents trying to create market volatility so there will be more transactions and they only talk about the isolated 2 or 3 cases of overstretched people. They make up about 1% of property owners!
