Thanks bro. Will try to get the seeds for both. My contribution - Moringa. Nothing beats it. It is the greatest plant on Earth, imo. Here's why: Check this out, moringa provide 7 times more vitamin C than oranges, 10 times more vitamin A than carrots, 17 times more calcium than milk, 9 times more protein than yoghurt, 15 times more potassium than bananas and 25 times more iron than spinach. Here's more: The leaves also have nine essential amino acids. Rich in many important nutrients, including protein, vitamin B6, vitamin C, riboflavin and iron. Rich in various antioxidants, including quercetin and chlorogenic acid. Moringa leaf powder can increase blood antioxidant levels. Reduces blood sugar levels and will lower cholesterol and protects the cardiovascular system. Has anti-inflammatory properties. Protects against arsenic toxicity, fights foodborne bacterial infections and treat stomach disorders. Can clean dirty water. Speeds up wound healing. Protecting and nourishing skin and hair Protect the liver against nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Prevents and treating cancer. Prevents rheumatoid arthritis Contains molecules that may help manage or prevent asthma, bronchial constrictions, and airway inflammation. Moringa stop minerals from building up and causing stones in the kidneys. Moringa contains the antioxidant beta carotene, which is essential for maintaining eye health and preventing eye diseases. Can treat anemia and sickle cell disease. Finally, it is easy to plant and even if you cut off all the branches, it will grown right back up again. I have cut my two trees several times and watch them regrow. Almost all parts of the tree are eaten or used as ingredients in traditional herbal medicines. Oh, I forgot, it is a great fertilizer too.

Purslane is a great option. Extremely nutritious and very easy to grow. A common weed in the garden that most people probably are not aware of the fact that it is far more beneficial nutrient wise than the vegetables that they are growing. It also produces a ton of seeds.

Very solid advice!!! The way in which things are going, the food that are being sold to us are not real plus they are dangerously packed with chemicals...... so if everyone should start planting & preserving seeds, it can only be a good thing. I plant perpetual spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, callaloo, spring onions & a variety of herbs. I will definitely try out these other spinach. Many thanks ❤

This is inspiring. The best plants to have would probably be beans and potatoes if someone is not eating meat. If the person does eat meat or eggs, than it would be good to have chickens. Chickens lay an egg everyday. A water well would be a great idea also.

Thank you for your caring and giving heart, it's greatly appreciated I will take your tips and incorporate into my yarden. In this place, have filled a relatively small yard with many pruned fruit trees including figs, apples, pears, mulberry, peach (during the second year was literally covered in fruit), plum and also goji & blackberry bushes. There are also areas for growing hot peppers, kale, tomatoes, etc. Your videos have helped me to realize the power within and to make positive life changes. 🌱🌱🌱

Mulberry, peach, plum & fig leaves can be gathered from pruned branches, dried and turned into nutritious teas, good with honey. My freezer has many bags of delicious figs, and they can also be dried. Kale will survive zone 7 winters here and then abound in the spring. It produces bunches of seeds if allowed to flower. Easy to grow and very nutritious-- i often juice it or add to salads, can also be stir fried. I've taken the cut bases of organic romaine lettuce, placed them in water until roots form and then placed in the garden late spring. Last year had a plant which reached well over six feet tall and produced thousands of seeds which i've scattered about to create new lettuce plants. Two of my trees grew from organic apple seeds planted inches apart, forming almost twin trees! I figured this will help keep them smaller along with pruning. After shaping work, they are becoming sturdy little trees. Maybe these will produce a new type of apple, too. :) Avocado pits have grown trees here, but they need a warmer zone if grown outside. Zone 8 and up would be perfect. It's very satisfying to go outside and harvest fresh food from the garden.

It's not not like sleeping when you die. Ask for pardon of your sins. Repent, or perish in, an eternal lake of fire. God demands a relationship with you. Obey the KJV, or ESV Holy Bibles. End Times are upon us. Heal underlying ego issues, to forgive!
