I have an upright swing. See Payne Stewart or Bubba Watson. I can fire my irons all day however I am Ver inconsistent with my Driver and 3W off the tee. I need a repeating swing.

I play off 7...I have struggled mainly when I'm swinging flat...long irons and fairways woods. I tend to come in on the inside and overdraw the ball, missing left. Thanks

Great lesson. Can you do some more on the role of the trail arm in the downswing, to keep on plane and create lag. I’m unable to create the right action and end up pushing the club through with my right arm and lose power and decent impact.

That was an incredible lesson. It really hit home the need to get some regular lessons from a teaching pro. I know players who have had that issue for 10 years or more and live in a state of frustration on the course... a few lessons with a little practice could make golf life soooo much better. Well that's some great drills for me to try. I just got some New clubs and New grips and I find I'm pulling it left more now than I use to. I definitely don't have much turn in the hips and now I think I need to try this and see how much I can get better.. thanks for your video guys. I will let you know how I am going in a few weeks.

Great session, I have the same issue. Pull my irons to the left plus a little draw. Some times out of nowhere I start hitting snap hooks with my driver, makes me miss the days I use to play a fade. I either hit a nice draw, push driver straight left or snap hook. Love your teaching method. Learned a lot.

Fantastic video with a real golf lesson. I was instructed years ago to keep the bottom half still and rotate the shoulders (easier when you're young) but getting back into golf in my late forties it seems the opposite is the truth. Thanks again for all the help and instruction.

@@meandmygolf. your video's have all been extremely useful. Started playing again during lockdown with rounds of 102, 104. My last two have both been 91 with plenty of shots left out on the course. Better chipping and putting would make a huge difference to my scores but there's nothing better than a sweet drive or crisp iron into the green. Thanks again chaps for all your help.

My coach here in the States is getting my right hip/buttcheek towards the target on the backswing...I feel like it's really helping me to change my path, not sway, and even getting my hips a slight bump forward toward the target during my swing. Loving the results so far...

For a relatively new golfer, Noah's swing looks great - he clearly has a degree of natural ability and coordination and his weight transfer is unusually good. With your guidance, I think he can be a really decent golfer in a fairly short space of time - his is a story I think you should try to follow. Go Noah!

I have the same issue with irons. What feels like a good strike often careens too the left. My path is generally 2-6* to the right. Yet face is 0 to -5 to the left. I'll try the grip change first. With the driver I have to battle slicing it to the right, however. Great video.

@@meandmygolf. Well, we had a dry day and was able to get out. Had some usual problems, but happy to report that the driving went pretty good. Consciously starting hip rotation early felt like it contributed to hitting some really straighter drives. Maybe a couple of drives had a fade, but more straight than normal. There are a few but you need to check your club face and backswing first. These might be stopping you from moving your body well.We have many drills over on our website for this also.

You may have too low loft inn the driver but check your grip first then check the face in the back swing.

If I try to hit an iron straight, I can do it. If I try to get cute and shape it, I overcook whatever it is I'm trying to do. And the driver is kinda all over the place right now. I think I'm "Stepping on it" too soon and not getting wide enough in the takeaway/backswing.
