2 Ton old hydraulic jack restoration presented by Blaze.
In this video i show the 2 Ton old hydraulic jack restoration. This involved removal of all of the axles, clips and major functional pieces. I then degreased everything before removing all of the redpaint. Painting hidraulic again red. I then moved onto dismantling the smaller bits like the piston and bracket from the socket piece. This prepared them for the coats of red that followed. Once the primed parts were prepared for paint, I painted all of the red parts red and the black pieces black again. I then lacquered the red parts to protect the water-based paint and also make the pieces shine. Whilst all of that was drying I set about electroplating the axles, nuts, and bolts that needed it.

Спасибо за комментарий. Я покупаю уплотнительные кольца и пластиковые детали в обычном магазине уплотнительных колец и гидравлических уплотнений. Рукав прочнее (макс 400 бар) не оригинальный (макс 100 бар). Остальные штуки я тоже мог купить в обычной пломбе, газгет-шот. Я надеюсь, что смог помочь вам. Great video, good work. I have a similar jack. the problem is that it does not hold the pressure, after lifting the car goes down by itself. What parts do you think I should change? What are the dimensions of the gaskets you changed? Thx

Thx the comment. Familiar error. If you watch my video for 0:51- 0:57, you can see one of the reasons(sleeve damaged). The other error at 4:07 minutes the little ball doesnt close. Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately I can't provide a link because I bought them at the local store. I tried to find a link for you on Ebay and Amazon, but I couldn't find it. I buy the O-rings and plastic parts at a regular O-ring and hydraulic seal store. The hose is stronger (max. 400 bar) not original (max. 100 bar). I was able to buy the other parts at the normal gasket shop. I hope it will help. Please ask if you have any further questions. La manga es más fuerte (máx. 400 bar) no original (máx. 100 bar). Las demás piezas también las pude comprar en el sello normal, gasget shot. Espero que te pueda ayudar. Buenas noches, @3:39 el cilindro que empuja para subir esta atascado. No sale, ya quite la parte completa que se enrosca dónde va insertado ese cilindro. Preste el gato y lo dejaron una noche completa en la lluvia. Esa parte como mencioné la desenrosque y no sale el cilindro. Creo que habrá que cambiarla, el gato funcionaba muy bien hasta ese día que quedó en la lluvia. Acá en Colombia South America no encuentro donde vendan esos repuestos. Alguna sugerencia? El gato nuevo vale 50 USD pero el que tengo está seminuevo, no me gustaría tirarlo a la basura si se puede rescatar. Muchas gracias.

Gracias por el comentario. Puede haber muchas razones para este error. Aparece en mi video, una parte extra que arruinó al gato. Tal vez solo los tornillos estén sueltos en el tuyo. Köszönöm a megjegyzést. Az O-gyűrűket és a műanyag alkatrészeket rendes o-gyűrű és hidraulikus tömítés boltban vásárolom. A hüvely erősebb (max. 400 bar) nem eredeti (max. 100 bar). A többi alkatrészt a normál tömítés boltban tudtam megvenni. Remélem segíteni fog. Kérem, kérdezzen, ha további kérdése van. I like your rebuilding project. I presently have an OLD Sears 2 ton trolley jack (214.125400) pretty much like yours. However, it has a few different seals then yours. Where did you get your seal kit? I haven't found any place the has a seal kit for my very old (1989 model) jack. Thumbs Up on your video and final project.

Thx der Kommentar. Ich kaufe die O-Ringe und Plastikteile im normalen O-Ring- und Hydraulikdichtungsgeschäft. Die Hülse ist stärker (max. 400 bar) nicht original (max. 100 bar). Die anderen Stücke konnte ich auch im normalen Siegel kaufen, Gasget Shot. Ich hoffe, ich konnte dir helfen. Bitte fragen Sie, wenn Sie weitere Fragen haben. Thanks for the comment. Your comment is true. The reason for the acceleration is very simple. Between 5-10 minutes is the ideal viewing length for youtube. If we didn't cut the vieos, it would be at least 8 hours. No one spends that much time on youtube. That’s why I need to speed up the videos for me too. I hope the answer is satisfactory. Hola, gracias por tu comentario. ¿A qué giro te refieres? La abertura de carga en el cilindro está ubicada hacia arriba para que todo el aire pueda escapar, el cilindro de trabajo está cerrado, por lo que no hay aire debajo. Az enyém nem emel fel csak pár centire, ott megáll, valószínűleg az olaj szivárgott el, bár nem látok olajfolyást rajta. Kérlek írd meg milyen olajjal töltötted fel és a gumikat hol lehet venni hozzá. Előre is köszönöm.

WSW hydro hlp olajat használtam. A videón láthatod a helyes feltötést és a karmatyú hibát amiért az enyém nem emelt. A gyűrűket egy nozmál hidraulika boltban vásároltam. Az új karmantyú 400 bar nyomásra képes. Köszönöm a hozzászólást, kérlek nézd meg a többi videóm, megoszt, like,

Danke für den Kommentar. Ich kaufe die O-Ringe und Plastikteile in normalen O-Ring- und Hydraulikdichtungsgeschäften. Die Manschette ist stärker (max. 400 bar) nicht original (max. 100 bar). Die anderen Teile konnte ich auch in der normalen Dichtung, Gasget Shot kaufen. Ich hoffe, ich konnte dir helfen. Bitte fragen Sie, wenn Sie andere Fragen haben. Količina ulja ovisi o radnom cilindru. Potrebno vam je dovoljno ulja da gurnete klip do kraja. Živim u Engleskoj.

Thanks for the comment. I buy the O-rings and plastic parts at a regular O-ring and hydraulic seal store. The sleeve is stronger (max. 400 bar) not original (max. 100 bar).
