Because leaders take needless risks during training missions just to make their evaluations look good at the cost of others safety if it goes well they get promoted if it don’t nothing happens so who cares? 200% no one faces any sort of punitive action over this even though there’s definitely someone at fault here

Honestly with everything happening with crashes many reasons...flying any chopper is actually dangerous (more more dangerous than planes are). Its the sad truth that its not like the movies. Choopers either get shot down or crash for so many typical reasons (mechanical or physical stuff from the pilots).
