Senza spiegazioni è difficile capire tutti i piatti che si vedono in questo video. Nei ristoranti italiani, presentati in diversi video su questo canale KZbin, generalmente, ci sono lunghe spiegazioni dei piatti che lo chef prepara. In questo video le spiegazioni sono poche. Ma è stimolante per approfondire la cucina cinese. Posso trovare sul web le spiegazioni dei diversi piatti ma il percorso per comprendere è molto più lungo, richiede tempo.

I CRITERI che vengono utilizzati da Michelin per "classificare" i ristoranti li puoi trovare nel Web. Ma, attenzione, la Michelin non è la BIBBIA. Anche se è considerata come una Bibbia della Ristorazione. Ti invito ad elaborare una tua personale e indipendente concezione della ristorazione, nelle sue molteplici forme. E, chiaramente, ad affinare il tuo gusto personale per valutare i piatti che un ristorante prepara per i clienti. Lo ha detto la BIBBIA! Lo ha detto la MICHELIN! Non accettare "passivamente" quello che ti dice la Michelin.
