I love how even after going to Canada you still find LR Heil Curottos 😂. Loved the recycler too.

Never knew those old-school manual recycle trucks were still a thing in 2024. Great catches and great footage!

LR Heil currutos seems to be literally everywhere in Canada. They also seem to be more common up north whereas there are far and between in georgia and such

@@floridatrashtrucks Not even close. We can send our kids to school and go shopping without wearing a bullet proof vest. lol The US is beautiful. But a lot of violence.

GFL & Emterra have a few. Millers has some interesting split side loaders. They have a bucket to dump stuff in the other hopper.

A lot of areas only pick up garbage every two weeks in Ontario, Canada. My Region has a two bag or can limit, every second week. They do two-stream recycling and organics every week. We can put animal waste in with the food waste. The week they don't take garbage, you can put out diapers in clear bags. The organics truck is a split with a small hopper for diapers and trash from businesses. Everything is manual. Its an interesting system that forces people to recycle & compost. Extra bags of garbage require a tag that costs $2.50.
