For the people who can't get it to work (I was the same by the way), put the phone down on a flat surface and make your entire palm touch the screen and swipe with the whole palm still on the screen like your wiping some dirt off the screen. Took me a minute but I got it.

Oh I liked that way a lot better then holding both buttons the same time. Having a pop sock on the back of the body glove makes it cumbersome for me to use! Thx. Got anymore "tricks" about the A20? Do u know why I can't see the name if the person texting me doesn't show up unless I open the fill text & is there a way to adjust the camera for better color? Thx.
