Before when people mentioned shawarma I only thought of Turkey, I didn't expect Lebanon to have the best shawarma! The restaurant that won the award for the best sandwich in the world lives up to its reputation, and seeing those two pillars of meat made my mouth water! But the most unbelievable thing is that those delicious shawarma are free, I think that must be one of the reasons for their success! Taratour sauce with the beef shawarma is made from Tihini lemon juice and fresh garlic not from flour as Foad said. Nice video bro. Love your work and yes Restaurant Joseph is the best in the business

Taratour aka Tahini sauce. Is not made of flour. Tahin is flour. Tahini is sesame seed paste. So beef shawarma is with Tahini sauce or as we Lebanese call it Taratour. And Chicken Shawarma is with Toum (garlic sauce). I am glad you enjoy Lebanese food that much. We Lebanese are very proud of our food and Culture. We Love to share it with the world.
