I'm glad to know that you love my locs. Thank you so much.😊😊😘😘 All Glory to God!🙏🙏🙏🙋🏿‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️ I stopped making loc update videos because there are no changes worth documenting anymore lol. If you go to my playlists, you'll see one containing all my loc updates from the very beginning of my journey. You'll most likely find those helpful.❤️❤️❤️

@@LilianOkibe Hi thanks for responding! The reason an update video would be good to possible customers of your course because it lets us know how your “technique” looks as the locs mature. (And I do understand that everyone locs will look different due to density, head size, etc.) As I have questions…do they end up looking like just regular locs as they get older? Have you locs lost the voluminous look that viewers seek to have in their locs? So, as you can see…since your “technique” is really new and hasn’t been around for over 10years…it’s important to provide your viewers with update maturing loc results since you are selling a course for your “technique” 😉 I hope this helps!

I started my locs one year and a day ago! And I am still struggling with retaining moisture any tips?
@LilianOkibe

Congratulations on making it to 1 year.👏👏👏 For moisture, you want to wet your locs more often and make sure you dry properly afterwards. I recommend drying with a fan, this can help a lot with your locs feeling soft and retaining moisture (using a blow dryer will make things worse). You also want to look into the kind of water you're using. If it is hard water, you need to find a solution to that. Using a little quantity of a very light oil with good slip can also help. If you're using a lot (in terms of quantity) of product in your locs, this can be one of the reasons why it is dry. In addition, it is a good idea to wash regularly in order to stop your sebum and products from building up in your locs. This is important so that they don't block your hair strands from absorbing moisture.❤️❤️❤️

You never answered how you retwist. You skipped around the question.

I talked about that at 4:16 time stamp. I retwist with the Lilian Okibe locs method. You can find mini tutorials on it in my members only playlist below and more comprehensive lessons on it in my online course.
