Bruce! That was way cool! better than the Junior Dragsters! After being a mechanic for 50 years, it is great to see someone who understands the importance of "Skill Trades" and training our kids early. Your son is like a sponge at his age, show him EVERYTHING! Explain to mom that there is more to being a mechanic than getting dirty and a college education can be ADDED to what he learns from you. Have fun with your son cause he will grow up fast, what you are doing is great!

Bring some mind that they're only original once. All years are very interesting 🤔. But as each year goes by it's gone. I'm talkin about your boy naturally. It is just remarkable how quick that time goes by. Sad actually. Oh the age that each child is when they're that age is fantastic even if sometimes challenging. On the 2 barrel carburetor the 2 AIR adjustments screws need to be all the way out ( or up) and 5 to 6 lbs of fuel pressure run with autolite 64 plug and times at 27° (if it has stock size crank)

every pull I been at they let the little ones pull! two people one on one side one on the other. dad work the controls. sometimes I think dad should have driven mine!! me, dad , my brother & mom all pulled & enjoyed it. we pulled in 1200lb ,1400lb & 1600lb stock.
