Whitney, you are such an inspiration to me. I’ve been vegan 8 years and I was raw vegan for an entire year. I’ve been going back and forth with going back raw vegan. I love the benefits no doubt but it does come with so many emotions. I just love your story, style and transparency. I’m praying for you and sending my deepest condolences on your loss💐 And the fact that I can relate to you on so many levels is something I’m truly grateful for 💕Thank you 🙏🏽

I’ve tried so many times to align my eating habits with this lifestyle, and even though I’ve faced setbacks again and again, I never give up. It’s so challenging to discipline myself fully, but I’m determined to keep working on it. It’s a must !!! I’m tired of the UTIs I’m tired of the “unexplained” reasons why things are happening to my body . I just want to feel better and take control of my health so this is just what I needed to hear.

I totally understand the part of being tired of the unexplained things happening to your body! I’ve been there before! You got this!

I lost my mom in June 2023 and have been struggling mentally even before that. Thanks for your encouraging words. I've wanted to go plant based for 2 years now, but it always seems so overwhelming to start.

Hey Whitney, Sorry for your loss. . . It's devastating - - I can relate. I've lost both parents and many friends besides. . . but the worst loss was that of my husband who I adored!!! That was 3 years ago and I was pretty much comatose the entire time. . . it never gets easier where he is concerned. The other losses I had no choice but to accept. I'm not able to accept the loss of my husband, who remains the most significant person ever in my entire life. I'm also Raw Vegan and this November was 18 years for me - - about 40 years vegan - - but 18 of those as a Raw Living Foods Vegan. That is the one thing that held me together. It's an amazing lifestyle - - I never look back where this is concerned. I discovered you when you began your journey. Few where I live do this. . . so it's good watching others also living the lifestyle responsibly - - not just living off fruit, which is a really bad idea. Like you, I feel like I've spent these last 3 years living at the grocery store, buying my fresh veg and limited fruits. . . . so I understand what you're saying. It's not an experience anyone wants. I'm glad to see you're back, making your lovely and healthy foods. I don't have a KZbin Channel, but began posting on FB as a way to heal after losing my husband. Maybe it will help the few who read it. Take good care and never give up. It is the BEST lifestyle and diet you can ever have. 💔

Heads up: last weekend I traveled with my Nama juicer. I bought it on the plane because I didn’t want anything broken. TSA tried to take a piece off the juicer. Barely got through. You might need to put some pieces in your luggage. Good luck everyone! Thanks Whitney!

“I’ve officially graduated from salads” LOVE this!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 As I incorporate more raw foods into my diet, I have been eating daily salads 🥗 and they have been much larger than before. However, even though they are often tasty, I get bored with the salads quickly. Thank you so much for this amazing alternative to salad. I’ve seen raw Nori wraps before, but this one is next level ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yes. I did a 90 day juice cleanse and decided to go raw right after.

Do you eat any processed food or any snacks like chips and stuff
@WhitneyPeoplesАй бұрын
I do eat snacks - only the ones I make myself. And no, I don’t eat processed foods-for more than one reason. The biggest reason is that processed foods quickly increase inflammation in my body, which brings back pain. That’s something I want to avoid, and it’s a major part of why I chose to go raw.
