The first aid kit could go on the inside of the back door. So it' sits within the garage void when closed. But immediately accessible just on opening the door.

Get some sprung legs for that drawer you're going to install in the garage. That way when you pull it out the first thing to happen will be the legs standing firm to support the weight of all the stuff you're storing and need to explore!

The little yellow button by the mains hook up switch (for the MCB) is an RCD test switch. If the mains are not on, then the yellow button WONT trip the MCB. A simple way to check the mains hook up in the future

Get yourself a couple of those 'Really Useful Storage Boxes' as they are very strong & sturdy. I keep my vinyl records in them so pretty heavy, comes in various sizes with lids. Yes i love a thick cut 2 inch steak that i smoke & reverse sear on a Weber BBQ (the butchers inside Morrisons cut them to size). You get the charcoal flava that you don't get from an indoor cooker. I have them on Xmas day instead of turkey. In fact i have a BBQ every month winter or summer in my garden, day or night, i just prep in daylight & use a head torch to see what im doing.

Regarding access to your storage issue, have a look at the Ghostbuster Ecto1 and how they store the proton packs in the back, that kind of pull out trolley with swing down legs to support it could be some inspiration for you!

If you ever want to check if the power is on at a caravan mains hookup (or even at home) push the yellow test button next to the switch, if it trips it’s live, if it doesn’t it’s dead

I think 'garage' is the wrong word for that space, we all know garages get filled with stuff you don't use, then you can't park your vehicle in it :D What are all those boxes, do you actually need all that stuff, and still no hammer, or is the garage/shed at home full ? Next time you'll forget the rooflight and there will be a blizzard that fills the van :P Maybe you need to fit door and window sensors (like an itruder alarm) with a bright light if they are open.

I recently learned in a Whiskey Class (Whiskey Geek Series) that it was named after the condition the Malt workers had after turning Malted Barley giving them strained shoulders (their shoulders would droop down). If you haven't had it yet, try some "The Balvenie" "Caribbean Cask". This is one of my top go to Scotches. It is hard to pick a favorite but I tend to lean towards Speyside but like to mix it up.

Theres a 12 year old aged @ £38 & a 15 year old aged @ £48. I think i may try the Monkey Shoulder as Sainsbury's sell a £3 sample bottle.

Does the job for me. Haven't had any thoughts yet about changing it for something else, so I assume that's a good thing, although I don't do much cooking in the van. It probably won't be any good for a family of five.
