Why oh why do you keep reviewing the same properties, you did this 9 months ago This property is badly designed and OVER PRICED 1. There are not enough living/drawing rooms for a £20M house, just one sharing with the dining room. Where is the formal lounge 2. The snug is so isolated should be close to the kitchen/family room. No pics or video of that anywhere on the net. I wonder why 4. Where is the chefs kitchen/2nd kitchen. People who live in £20M houses need a 2nd kitchen for caterers or their private chef 5. Master bedroom is poor, should be much bigger and have TWO en-suites and dressing areas for a £20M house 6. Why only 1 toilet on the ground floor in a property which could hold 50-100 people for a party 7. Why is there a kitchen on the top floor... who the hell is gonna do any cooking there? 8. For £20M you would expect access to the garage from the house. Why is not integrated? Millionaires DON'T want to go outside to get into their Bentley or Ferrari 9. Where is the jacuzzi and spar area therapy rooms etc? A new build in the country with all that space should have that 10. Where is the staff quarters? for nannies/housekeepers/butlers/PV chef/security etc etc 11. Where has nothing been built above the garage? Would be perfect for a 1-2 bed staff annex 12. Where is the tennis court as stated in ALL the adverts (on rightmove) all i see is some concrete on the top of the hill in the back garden 13. Why hasn't the fireplaces been finished in the last 9 months since you last were there? 14. Why is it only partly furnished or dressed for show 15. Why is the outdoor pool in the back plonked in the middle of the garden surrounded by grass... where is the patio and seating area around the pool and the pool house and changing area/toilet etc 16. Where is the outdoor BBBQ area for summer partying? 17. For £20M and your meters from an ambulance center a nfirst aid center a clearance business and a farm???? for £20M? This house has been on the market for ages and NOT SOLD. The price has now been reduced to £17M from £20M by ALL 6 agents including your Damien Tell the owner to FINISH the house, drop the price and sell it. This stupid arrangement of the owner keeping £1M for the new owner to spend is silly

Damian you said all this many months ago, surely the fireplace could have been put in place by now as well as many other things. Obviously, the asking price is way too high, would it not be more prudent to ask a price as it is now and let the new owner finish it to their own standard. Is the owner aware that there is a global crisis, and all property prices have dropped considerably. All that said I love your videos. There is another property you have in Radlett that has a huge amount of oak with paintings on walls and ceiling which knocks spots off of this property, admittingly it does not have a lot of land, however, land or no land for $15000.00 it is a far better buy than this property. I don't know why agents don't tell the owners that they are living in cloud cuckoo land.

It's been in the same state for ages. Nothing has changed since Damion reviewed it a year ago, except a £3m reduction in price. It's not worth the asking price but £7m is way too low

@@dellclouds3090*per se I've never seen a property (especially £17M) on the market 80-90% complete with £1M from the seller to the new owner to finish it, bit strange. And they have now dropped the price by £3M as it was over priced and not selling at £20M

For 20 million i would expect to see a proper country estate with manicure 19 acre fields and no neighbors,yet looking at drone footage and pictures,its in a worse possible location with your neighbor as a Concrete Plant,a noisy Business Area and someone dumping rubbish next to your long drive way, dont see any value in that,dont know weather the seller is in dream land with that asking price.Whoever will buy it good luck with having to live 24/7 next to a concrete plant😂

yes,its a great property but vastly over valued.
