@@enailu86 Bad staging. It might turn away potential tenants who don't do DIY. The black paint is overwhelming, the bedside lamps appear to be screwed into the walls, and the ceiling fixture is too big and too low for the space.

Damn headboard was so tall, I felt like I was a convict trying to find a way to escape out the bedroom window, with no possible way to scale the “wall”! 😂😂 This headboard may work ok in certain houses. But this DEFINITELY was not one of those...

The only detail I thought was awkward was the low hanging huge chandelier light fixture in the bedroom. If this is going to be an airbnb, then I guess it would work. But for long term renters, it limits what can be done in the space and they will probably be asked to have it taken down.

I liked the chandelier, the problem I had was the giant headboard put in front of the window! the same style of headboard but just shorter would have looked much less heavy and let more light in.

Thank you for removing those popcorn ceilings! That was the one thing I insisted on in our fixer. We are living in ours though. The smooth ceilings just make the whole house brighter and cleaner looking. I would never want anyone to pay to live with that!

When you are renting, and you put bold colors, it makes it hard if the renter has a totally different color scheme. I would use a more a basic color that would go with many color schemes. I doubt you would allow them to paint over what you just did. All in all, the house looked cute

Even if someone doesn’t want an underground gun range, that’s a great house and people can do whatever they want with the space including ignoring it and pretending it doesn’t exist. I dont see how that would be a turn off for buyers unless they try to charge more because of the gun range.

I'm dead!!! It's a ranch house, those are storage cellars for canned foods that have been preserved. Homesteading is essential and should be protected. With all the food shortages and things we've experienced with covid, being self-sustaining would be perfect but instead, so many people consider it impractical. Land is wealth baby!

My family was limited to one bathroom for awhile, because our downstairs toilet wasn't working. When we had guests over it was up to 13 people, one bathroom was not enough fam. Also it's just more comfortable to have your own it's weird but it just is.

Two items popped out at me. The kitchen shelves and countertop should have been extended to the door as the countertop area/shelving are minimal. Secondly, a small horizontal upper window in the bathroom over the tub could add some light in the bathroom and help eliminate moisture.

I usually love everything you guys do but this time around, there were a couple things I would've done differently. I didn't like the ombre paint, I think all white would've looked better. And since you painted almost the entire front of the house white, the brick wall would've looked a lot better with white paint as well. What bothered me most was the master suite. That huge bed frame covering almost the entire window, the color of the accent wall making the room extra small, and that huge chandelier for such a small space, just no no no. The living room, bathroom, and kitchen I really liked.

This house and backyard was very cute. A great home for a young couple starting out. I actually liked the first home with the built in gun range. The main house was mostly cosmetic updating as well and that room was perfect as a pantry which I noticed the 2nd house didn't have. The 1st property would be awesome for a modern day homesteader with upgrades. Congratulations on reaching 100,000 subs!!

The staging is awesome! Do you always stage for a rental? I haven't seen that done before. The kitchen and bathroom turned out really bright and cheery. Good choice of colors. I wasn't so sure about the grey floors, but I think it works ok. I'm assuming they were very cost effective? One thing that didn't work for me was the black trim. For the small house, I think the stark color overpowered the whole aesthetic. Overall, great flip! Super inspiring for me and my husband. I'm super impressed with the quick turnaround! Someone is really going to enjoy this home.

Generally we choose more durable materials for rentals. These countertops and quartz which in our opinion are the most durable stone. It’s got a faux marble pattern. They’re from Pacific Shore Stones.

I like it and it gave me lots of ideas for how to improve upon my own rental space but I just gotta say that chandelier has got to go lollll. Way to low hanging and bulky for the space!

I was thinking the hombre was going to be a mistake, but I was wrong. I like it. That being said, the color change from the second to third row is too much, and the color change from the fourth to fifth row isn’t enough, but otherwise, it looks great.

I am a master at mixing paint so I was like oh no! when I saw their mixing technique. You can't simply fraction it out equally because some colors over power others so it must be done little by little to get the right colors.

What a treasure in that little shed! I've been looking for an old washboard for a long time, plus, the bell was marvelous! Lovely flip! Perfect. The ONLY thing I'd change is the green on cabinets to blue. Otherwise...spot on!! (And I do realize a lot of people love green!)

Loved this reno! I would have placed a higher light in the master bedroom over the bed. Also, the accent wall seemed a little too dark for this space.

Great changes. But next time move the master bed to not be in front of the window! Or get a lower headboard. Other than that, nice :)
