I cannot imagine any of the houses you remodel have a difficult time finding a buyer.

Front porch is pretty but it needs gutters. Water is the enemy.

Wait do you offer this flipping service if we want to still live in the home and not sell it? I love what you all are doing and I live in Ausitn currently. My fiance and I are trying to find a home. :)

I like the kitchen cabinets up to the ceiling but not a fan of the trendy super shiny surface. It would likely be easy to wipe down but it feels cold and uninviting in the video. Perhaps it's the lighting. Do prefer removing the garden tub/shower for a walk-in shower. Had a similar combo in an apartment BUT with tiled steps. Never liked it as it was awkward to enter and especially to exit when wet. This is more practical.

$675k 😮 wowsers! Reminder to not try and buy a home in that area. It looks great though! It would be more like a $350k home where I live...

Why didn't the stagers feature the space between the front windows. It could have been a play area with window benches for storage. I agree that the island was too big.

Hey friends, I’m a huge fan and have been watching for years, but I couldn’t finish this video. It feels like you took a perfectly livable family home and priced out someone who might have truly loved it. I’ve seen others mention this as well, but I personally prefer when you focus on renovating homes that are at risk of being lost, helping to elevate the neighborhoods you work in. Buying up three homes in one neighborhood just doesn’t sit right with me. I’ll stick around for now to see what future videos bring, but it feels like our values might be growing apart. Wishing you all the best as people, though.

Get a huge dumpster then suit up / mask up and start getting rid of everything then start planning out the lay-out before you start any actual work. :)

The outside of the house looks pretty from the beginning. I hate the jack and jill bathrooms because you have to worry about two doors flying open.

Did you say these people don't even live in the U.S.? But they're buying the only affordable houses and using them to make money, not to live in? That sucks. I guess those of us who live here can sleep in a van down by the river.

Looks great but don't like the kitchen door pulls. Would have painted the fireplace surround the same color as the deck door or the dark color of the counter top. Also would have gone dramatic on the grouting in the hall bathroom. With the gold accents it would be wow. Otherwise you guys do Awesome work.,👍👍👍

How on earth a house like that can be valued at 220k..... I wouldn't pay 20k for something in that bad shape.

So wild to me how we “flip” houses, create an additional increase in the chain, inflate the price (profit) at each stage and then say the housing market is unaffordable.

Should have left the fireplace as was. The contrast would have been gorgeous as opposed to yet more white. White is boring and has no wow factor whatsoever.

So I’m just curious what was the brand new grandfather clock in the living room? Therefore is that something that you guys bought or wasn’t something? The homeowner left Howard Miller clocks are super expensive that could be up to a 20 or $30,000 clock so I wonder what happened with that

Im not feeling the turf for grass, the small living space and that huge shower, IMO was a HUGE mistake. I really enjoy my baths. You could have had a beautiful soaker tub in there.

They do excellent work inside, but they always deflolitate and take off anything of real interest on the outside. Not my preference but guess this cookie-cutter track home look sells in Austin.

We are absolutely living in the worst time line when a house that size in that condition is still almost 300K. Even for an expensive city like Austin that’s truly depressing.
@BuddyQuaid
@BuddyQuaid 4 күн бұрын
They bought it for $280k and are trying to sell it now for $675k! They started at $699k! There is another house exactly 3 houses down for $535k with a larger lot, same bed/bath count and LARGER lot! Let's see how this goes. I have nothing against these people at all but it shows that everyone should do their homework. This being said, you never know what you're going to get when you go see houses. Most of them look great online and horrible in person. It could be that their house is just that much better.... but for the neighborhood is not quite there. Just my 2 cents.

@@maggiewerhan9422 and a better neighborhood in my opinion. I mostly deal with Luxury properties in Austin and it's expensive now almost anywhere that is remotely central. I do tell investors though that this neighborhood pocket is a decent one because there are so many renovations going on.
