I am seriously impressed by Jaz! Not only her amazing transformation and physical strength but also (and especially) her guts for doing what she does, playing along with the big boys yet always staying in her own game. Not an easy thing to do me thinks. Being the oldest at my box I am always in the position of chasing and having to remember to play my own game. Deep in a KZbin rabbit hole of open workouts today after doing 22.1 Don’t know if jas gets to read these but the video describes her as a “regular crossfit athlete”. I really don’t think this does her justice. She’s doing pistols in volume and 70kg clean and jerks under fatigue. Jas would no doubt be the top female athlete in most CrossFit gyms, she is way above average in my books!
