I don't think the average person can fathom how impressive that is. I did the Rogue heavy challenge which was 1 mile as fast as possible with 100lbs and that was hard enough. But to add all of the pull-ups, push-ups and squats and 2 miles total??? 🤯 And cue the rain storm! 😂 Congrats Dan!

Dan, well done, and thank you! Unfortunately, Veterans, especially SOF guys have a tendency to embellish. Yes, we will carry our ruck which are 100+ lbs to an Objective Rally Point (ORP), which is about 200 to 250m away from an Objective. But then we down everything we don't need, when we are ready to Assault we are probably wearing 20 to 45lbs between: Plate Carrier, 3-4 Mags, Radios, Grenades, and your helmet with NOD's. We spent 20 years at War and learned "ounces equal pounds".

Murph every tues. But clearly I'm not at the lvl of doing it with 100 lb. The voice in my head would actually come out and KO me silly !!! Besides paying respects to the fallen; Murph to me is to keep chipping at one's dreams x goals no matter even if it is 2 reps, 4 reps, etc... they add up to 10s, to 50s & 100s. Recover, rest, listen to your body (as civilian one has that lux ) & log your progress.

I understand it's a lot of weight. I really do, I've tried the murph with 10kg so a bit more than 20lbs. 50kg is probably my max for a single pull-up rep, I wouldn't be able to move that much even with that much kipping, but even so i mean what's the point ? Not a single time i saw the chin up the bar, the weight vest can't touch the ground while doing push ups... It's basically no rep over and over again, again I wouldn't be able to move like that even if those are cheated and not even half reps still impressive but It's just childish to say yeah i've done a murph with 100 pounds... I don't even think It's possibile for a human being. I'm sorry man but u had basically 0 reps on pull ups and push ups.
