Its Gorgeous. I'd string my Hammock or 2 or 3 of them near the point next to a 🔥fire pit. Leave the Rods, Canoe etc tied up & put a dock out. Catch some brookies throw em on the fire.. Even sleep out there some nights .. Build right where you suggested. A family w kids or my own grandkids and great grandkids would Absolutely love fishing/swimming out there. Really nice spot. Hopefully get some coin back IF decide to sell off the lot. With property becoming more and more scarce, I think its right on point w price. EVERYTHING is only going to keep going up and up .. Great property.

White perch white perch, white Perch, white perch white perch.Why don't you ever mention yellow perch? Does maine not have yellow perch? Seems like they're overpopulated with white perch Is which are very evasive , their bony and a pain in a rear end to clean up I wouldn't hurt my feelings, if that species.Was distinct

Maine has yellow perch in a lot of our watersheds, they typically do not grow as large as the white perch do. White perch are native to the Atlantic coastal region. Unfortunately they have migrated through to parts of the Great Lakes.

@lifestyleproperties good to know. They are way over populated in Lake Champlain. Now,they seem to have made there way into ponds,and inner lakes.Almost as bad as alwives,or whatever that fish is called. Thank you for responding
