I've started using castor oil on top of my retinol serum at night. Yes, it makes a huge difference. You'd think it's too thick and it will clog your pores but it won't. Use a little, just enough to create a thin film on your face and neck without tugging. Rub it on your eyelids, brows and lashes too. It absorbs really well. You wake up to baby smooth skin.

Good to know cuz my castor oil looked way thicker than Shea's. Plus, I've been told it's really helpful to increase eyelash thickness, so I am hoping it doesn't also grow hair when put all over my face.

But the other day I put on mascara (I wear makeup maybe once a month) and I noticed my eyelashes have grown a lot! I had to remove it from my bottom lashes because it looked weird. I got the Beckham pillows about a year ago & didn’t like them at all. They hardly had anything in them. My head was almost just flat on the bed. I started having neck issues with them so had to give them up. But I LOVE the bamboo sheets. They are all I use now. I’m intrigued by some new things in today’s video. Thanks Shea!!

Love your vids! However, I have an issue with the claims that the castor oil wrap helps the liver detox. As someone with liver problems, I would love for it to work! However, I could find no research that supports this. My ask? That you add a disclaimer, and then speak from your own experiences, which are powerful! Your vids about your teeth troubles resonated deeply as I have some of the same issues. Thank you!

I bought a blue glass roller bottle that is purse size and filled it with caster oil. I use that under my eyes and in the areas of lip lines, crows feet and smile lines before bed. It is amazing the difference, especially of my under eye area by morning! (66 years young)

When brushing HAIR, start at the bottom and work your way up to your scalp. You can even hold your hand around it, like a ponytail and gentle brush starting again at the bottom and work your way up to your scalp. Less damage and hair loss. But the WET brush or flimsy bristle brushes work best.

Shea Whitney. Try the remote control for lamps (or anything else) Plug it into your outlet and plug your lamp into that. Each outlet has a number. So if you’re using #3, click #3 on the remote to turn off or on. Game changer! I turn off my living room lamps, click on my bedroom lamp, easy peasy.

I have that EXACT rebounder- I'm a huge fan for many reasons- one main one you mentioned;lymphatic drainage. There are tons of videos dedicated to this that show a myriad of benefits! I've had two and this one (I do have the handle as I didn't on the last one and twisted my ankle- uh oh! Must be careful!!!) is my fave. I prefer the bungee as it's quieter.

I just got a rebounder, it arrived yesterday. I bought an expensive one, I wondered if I should’ve started a little cheaper so I’ll probably regret that 😂 but… yes with lymphatic drainage, but look up the “health bounce” and what it can do for pelvic floor strength because as we get older it all goes south and leakage happens. So besides exercise, that’s why I got a rebounder, and I’m looking forward to using it. My grandma had one years ago and I remember loving jumping around on it, it was really fun.

I love rebounding also, but since we have bought this Zelus fit massage machine it has become my husband and my favorite. Hey Shea, I'm one of those who are crazy about your castor oil videos. Even though i used it before i saw them I learned a lot from you. So let me return the favor - what i used castor oil initially was for my eyes, yep you read that right. My eyes get very dry and itchy from the computer, allergies, air pollution, flying on an airplane, etc. so i just bought a small roller bottle and filled it with castor oil and i apply it under the eyes and on top of my eyelids (like eye shadow) and it works miracles! Not only my eyes are not itchy, but also the skin got better, i saw reduction in wrinkles (and i had a lot because of myopia) but get that - my eyelashes got thicker and longer! So yeah I'm sure the retinol eye stick is great, but give the castor oil a try on your eyes :)

Xylitol is known to be very good for the teeth but can also cause some digestive issues. Some people are very sensitive to sugar alcohols (like xylitol). If you use it on a regular bases and find yourself with digestive problems, maybe discontinue for awhile to see if it helps. You can switch to toothpastes or rinses that contain xylitol to get the benefits without ingestion 😊

I purchased the Bamboo Sheets and Beckham Pillows last year. The pillows lost their shape in no time, and the sheets made us very hot. Also, after only a few washes, the stitching unraveled in one pillow case and one of the sheets. BUMMER!

Yesterday I found the dog chewing on small container in the house. It was garlic smelling to do with fishing. I guess she found it in the garage where it had fallen on the floor. Anything in the onion family is bad for dogs. She is ok but I would be hesitant to have xylitol in my house even though I know the gum is helpful.

I had to sell my rebounder. I couldn’t bounce more than 3 or 4 times without experiencing leaking. I was so disappointed about this because as Shea says, the benefits of rebounding are supposed to be amazing.

It actually strengthens the pelvic floor over time. If you ever want to try again, just wear a pad while doing it. Eventually the leaking will stop.
