Best Quarterback Warm Up Before Throwing: Lately I have been getting much more athletes joining my online program that are either experiencing pain when throwing or had a previous injury to the shoulder. Their goal of joining the program is to obviously fix these issues.. So today I thought I would add a great warm up routine for quarterbacks to do before throwing to really help overall performance.
