for high weight probably 4-6 but for light weight probably 8-10

When I do my push jerk how big of a deal is it to switch what foot goes forward or backward?

Lot of great information thank you. I would just suggest the videos of doing the actual exercises be a little more fluid. It starts and stops and jumps around a lot
