In the opening sequence of G.I.*JOE: The Movie, TIE Fighter flying sounds are used for flight pods flying on patrol, and when Pythona cuts through a fence, light saber clashing woynds are used. And lets not forget The Indian in the Cupboard, which briefly featured Darth Vader fighting Godilla (if I recall correctly).

You forgot Star Trek TMP (Vader is in it) when Spock travels to the center of V'ger, in Star Trek V, there is a blaster sound of TIE fighter when it fire its weapons and in Star Trek First Contact there is a Millenium Falcon when Borg cube explodes. In Asterix & Obelix: Mission Cleopatra when Caius Céplus said the empire will strike back, the Imperial March starts playing. In Asterix at the Olympic Games there is appearance Luke's lightsaber

A round about nod was made to SW in Indiana Jones and the last crusade. Fun fact George Lucas had Chewbacca originally modeled after his Dog Indiana. In crusade we find out Indy is actually Henry Jones Jr. and that Indiana was his dog which he has “a lot of fond memories of” in actual reference to Chewbacca.
