If you guys watch carefully, you can see that when you are in veranda or terrace or you are in your pool area then everybody from other units beside the villa can easily watch you.... The Sky villas are nice snd sea view but if you ever go to see where the location of 81 Aureate building is you will run away fast! There is a huge dirty slum called nargis dutt nagar in reclamation bandra area right below the building. You are better off spending 20 crores in bandstand, carter road or pali hill instead.

Yeah, respect your opinion but people living here are Ultra HNIs who travel by car all the time with chauffers so it doesnt't affect them with nearby areas 😁 but this kind of Sky Vills and view you wouldnt find it on Carter or Pali hill but yeah every other place has their own pluses and minuses. ❤️
