Imagine being a kid in the 60s but hating whipped cream, cool whip, jello, Meringue and marshmallows. I've never had anything in this video except bundt cake.

The KZbin ad was Percy whatever and the girl saying 'I guess I'll lose desert privileges for a while....I'll live'. I thought that was sooo funny.

I used to like "Pudding Cake". Hot pudding over sponge cake, It's baked upside down then turned pudding side up when served. I think Pillsbury used to make it. And also "Space Food Sticks".

Eeew no one wants Jell-o salad back! Watergate is not "playful." Every shot of Cosby is now cringeworthy. I had to stop before every "easy to make" item was shown. There's a reason that nostalgia often means looking back while wearing rose-colored glasses.

I remember most of these from the 70s and some of them need to remain in the dustbin of history. Ambrosia? Gross. Pineapple upside down cake? Yuck! Sanka jello? Sanka is awful. Jello salad? Hard pass. But we all have different tastes, and you like what you like.

Back when she was still alive, my grandma made the best pineapple upside down cake. I often find myself wishing I could taste that again, because it was one of the best desserts I ever had! Maybe you just never had a good one? Hers was like a solid 10 out of 10, every damn time! Or you know, whatever, maybe you would have hated it, lol.

@@robolizzzrd5524, my grandmother also made pineapple upsidedown cake, and everyone said it was delicious. It just wasn't for me. I may like it today as out tastes evolve over time (not to mention the chemo drugs I was, and still am, on did a job on how I taste things, but back when I was a kid...well, yuck! (I never knock anyone's grandmother's cooking, so don't take it the wrong way!)

By the way, Jell-O pudding pops didn’t come out until the 1970s and didn’t even come popular until the early 80s. So you might want to re-edit this video.
