Note for using a riptide trident in water: make sure to not have depth strider equipped as this creates a lot of drag For the dolphins grace + depth strider method, you can put the dolphin on a lead so it can keep giving you the effect

I never tried riptide in water, i always just make it rain while flying...so fast the game cant keep up. Can only use it twice before i gotta wait, cuz at 3x use, the game slams me against an invisible wall. I wondered if it was just me but it did it to Eye in this video!

For a bit of a giggle, this is the equation used to work out how fast in KMH you are going, given that you have how far you move in a second. 8(m/s) x 60(secs) x 60(minutes) = 28800 divided by 1000 = 28.8 kmh. So your mine cart does 28.8 kmh (17.77 MPH) and your boat on blue ice.... 72.3 x 60 x 60 = 260280 / 1000 = 260.28 kmh (160.66 mph)

I love soul speed. I actually use it as for a portal network from my home to this woodland mansion I conquered. It does take a while but it gets me there pretty quickly. Although i had to barrier it with nether brick fences cuz you don't want to fall off accidentally

In all of our Playthroughs in 5 worlds me and brothers method of traveling in the endgame is usually when it starts “Raining” ( Elytra + “Riptide” enchanted Trident ) We can Zoom Pass and move so fast that the world can’t even render the map in time getting from 1000 Blocks + in less than 10 seconds

stasis teleporters are great. Hookup a chunk loader and a time (can be a hopper clock or a daylight counter) and you can teleport back to your base from any distance at a specific time. Enderpearl cannons in the nether would be crazy too but a lot of work to clear out the area

I heard blue ice is even faster. I used to initially build a boat on ice path for the nether Portal network but it was so time consuming to get it from icebergs that I just gave up and then they added soul speed and everything was much easier.

A boat makes a FANTASTIC sled. It also works like a parachute as in if you fall down a crack thats 100 blocks deep you wont die!

You didn't do nether soul strider. You did nether minecart, nether elytra and nether blue ice but I think setting up a nether soul sand path would be pretty easy because you are right next to where you get the blocks. Also you didn't cover time getting in and out of the nether although I think now minecrafts don't take time to travel to the nether and they don't do that wobbly world thing. Think I might try the nether minecart thing as I have a short distance to go of a few hundred blocks so in the nether that's taken a few seconds but in between travelling there is the wait.

So, i noticed with riptide Trident Elyra- I keep accelerating. Are you SURE that's the speed cap, 125? I think this needs to be checked- not only that, the bug tracker lol (please dont fix this mojang) has at least two bugs reports the acceleration stays and it doesn't top out And with no speed cap, for serious travel it's a matter of riptide elytra vs...nether travel methods...though i suspect nether blue ice can't keep up once the riptide elytra person clicks enough - ....shame we can't riptide elytra in the nether...

This is obviously cheating but theoretically you can go at any speed per second using this method You can use /tp to teleport anywhere in the entire world. If it weren't for the world barriers you could theoretically travel faster than the speed of light (300,000,000 meters per second). Unfortunately you can only achieve 60 million meters per second from edge to edge which is still insane.
