Just my opinion, but I wouldn't waste my time preparing pasta because its so easy ro make from eggs and flour. It doesn't keep well if just left on a shelf, either. Weevils can grow in it if its just left on the shelf, and it takes a lot of effort to prevent that when its so easy to make. I would prepare extra flour, even though it takes work too because preparing flour for long term storage is a LOT more easier than preparing pasta.
