I appreciate the new "Add Link" feature in the Notes App on iOS 17. I see iOS 18 added a Recent Notes option that lets you get back to the closed originating note in the Notes List. However, it would be incredibly useful to have a "Link Back/Return" button that takes you back to the opened originating note, at the spot where they did the linked from. This would enhance the user experience by making navigation between linked notes more seamless, similar to how web browsers and email apps handle links.

How do i "program" some macro commands? My goal is, i want ONE button i press that does several tasks at once, like - put phone in flightmode - enable battery saving mode - lower brightness How can i do several tasks in ios 18 that i put on ONE button (ideal would be if i could run the macro by a hardware switch on the phone). How do you turn off ringtone coming through my earphone(third party) (i want to only come through phone speaker) on getting call? Also the instagram sound mix with ringtone and start coming through phone speaker while I am on earphone

RCS Messaging isn't an option on my device. It shows up as an option in search, but when it navigates me to the messages settings, there's no option for it to be toggled on or off. I'm on the iPhone 16 Pro Max and on iOS 18.1 Developer Beta.

Great battery slider info, mine is greyed out for some reason. Don’t know why. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max awaiting 16 Pro Max to arrive in a couple weeks. This is a great video topic honing in on just the best features. Well done! You’re making content I don’t see normally keep it up!

You’re the only reason I use the action button on my iPhone. The shortcut that you showed how to connect to it with five or seven options is very useful generally all I use it for you to copy the year month day date format I paste that in a lot to my notes or files as the first item and any name so I can find things easier and that they sort better The one percent flashlight is the only other thing I actually use on that shortcut!

When I go to edit who has access to my contacts, nothing happens. What's up with that?? I have a 15 Pro.

You mean on a per-app basis? Are you changing from all access to limited access?

@@beardfm I'm trying to go to the Contact Privacy screen to change whether they have full access or limited access, but nothing happens on the screen you are showing here under Contact Privacy. If I go to the Limit Photo Access section, I can set those to limited or full or none. But with contacts, nothing happens. Is there another setting I need to adjust first?? Or do I have to go to each app to set it? Thanks!

Yeah. They allegedly want to drop it because they would have to release "sensitive information" about how their own operating systems work at a lower level, which could potentially be used for exploitation by hackers. I can see why they'd want to drop it but I must say I'm rather disappointed.

It’s not as hard as you think. I have a lot of contacts I added once years ago because I knew they were going to call me back and I wanted to distinguish them from random spam calls. If you forget to delete them they stack up

It helps extend the life of your battery/phone. Setting it to 80% prevents overcharging and reducing the lifespan

I cannot tell an actual difference. Not until the Apple intelligent features come out. And this seems to be the case with every new update. New features seem less noticeable every year. I’m quite disappointed because I was genuinely hoping for some worthwhile changes.

@@nielp91 that’s why it doesn’t play. Either turn that off or lock your phone from the KZbin app and go to the camera app from the lock screen. It’ll work from there.
