17th of March St.Patrick's day and I'm of "following the fin" with good pal Martin Kenny to fish Lough Cullin in Co.Mayo

Lovely film again, Joe. Even if your rewards were scant in the fishy department! I didn't realise Healy's had been demolished. It was a lovely spot for a pint. I remember one day in May many years back, when we had been flogging Lough Conn all morning but no fly around. We brought the boat through to Cullen and the place was alive with fly and trout after them for a good while. Amazing contrast. Getting any of the trout on the fly and to the boat was another matter :).

Thanks for comment and watching, yes Healy's demolished and is now an eyesore just a precast structure with no work going on, and Pontoon bridge hotel now all migrants, both places were once thriving businesses, sad to see, Cullin is a beautiful lake to fish 👍

@@JoeQuinnWaterlodge That is grim about Pontoon Bridge hotel. I stayed there a couple of times back in the old days. So sad what is going on, but I will leave it there in case of infringing "community guidelines" ;). !!

Thanks, not great weather at the moment for making videos, hopefully better weather to come soon. I do actually watch Vincent’s videos very enjoyable 👍
