I just found your workout today. I am new to kettlebells and am awaiting hip replacement surgery so I have some limitations but I was able to do nearly all the movements while modifying just a few of them. I love that there is no talking to interrupt the flow of the movements! I have subscribed and am looking forward to exploring more of your videos! Thank you!
