Pilates adalah latihan yang efektif untuk menguatkan otot dan memiliki gerakan yang simple (tidak terlalu banyak koreografi). Sehingga kita bisa mudah mengikuti,dan menghafal gerakannya. Kuncinya adalah konsisten, fokus, dan bernafas. Latihan kali ini akan melatih abdominal, dengan menggunakan gerakan klasik di pilates seperti the hundred dan roll up.
