Hoy rarely puts music in his workouts but when he does, it is just perfect, the beat, the volume 🔥makes the workout so much easier to handle. Thank u for another awesome workout!

Loved this workout! All standing and no repeat, no burpees, tuck jumps, etc. I’m a happy camper! Workout flew by with the tabata intervals. Would love more like this.
