Thank you. I’m 50 going through menopause, I have lost 160 pounds, still need to lose 40 and exercise is a great help, you motivate me to continue, I enjoy doing your videos, they are tough but I try to finish until the end of them, sometimes I need to pause but when I finish I feel proud.

its a great workout! but maybe a idea for the future... if its an all standing workout it would be great if the cool down is aswell. (i for example cant bend my wrist anymore so downward dog etc is basically impossible) thanks for this great vid~

Thanks for the suggestion. That's a direction I might take for a future work out, but I'll likely give it a different title like "complete all standing". Typically the all standing workouts that I do aren't to compensate for injuries, but perhaps that would be a good idea. Thanks again.
