I can see your gymnastics background in this video. You're graceful and fluid. The dynamic supine hip and calf exercise were amazing. ❤ The adductor stretch was another much needed stretch.

Una volta che il corpo si adatta ad utilizzare i grassi come fonte di energia, è corretto abbassarne il consumo, il corpo non riesce a bruciare il grasso corporeo e quello ingerito tramite l'alimentazione causa aumento di peso!cosa che non succede con un aumento di assunzione di proteine.
