I'm new to your channel, Kay Kay (I think this is my 2nd workout with you). Oh my gosh, I really loved this one! 😍 I've been working out for decades, so it's always good to see some fresh approaches to the usual exercises. There were some unique ones in this workout! Okay I have a serious question. I used to do circuits all the time, I now have permanent nerve and muscle damage. I had to learn how to walk again and have permanent damage to my ankle. But I did PT over the past year, 140 sessions to get my mobility back. It's a fight everyday. I'm not allowed to run or jump unfortunately, I don't think I can even get away with a little hop. Do you have a circuit I could do that would at least get my body moving. I do have some other issues but if you'll seriously make one I would be extremely happy. I have a messed up back shoulders neck too, no cartilage in my right knee with a crack kneecap and my hips are really bad. It's hard for me to get on the ground or squat but I'm able to. I don't have a really strong core, I almost died and my body had pretty much eaten itself cuz I lost 60 lb in 3 months. Not able to eat or drink and constantly throwing up
