FINALLY someone who struggles too, I always get so unmotivated when I see someone do something without a single ugly face while I'm literally doing whale noises, I'll do it tomorrow but I'm already sure this will help me going through the workout

I just wanted to let you know that I have lost 15 pounds since I first started working out with you...starting with the Disney workout from Alessa's channel in April (I think?). I still have about 50 more pounds before I reach my goal, but I've never been so excited to work out before. So thank you so very very much for what you are doing. honestly hearing you say how much you hate abs was so comforting! Also your modifications were great, I have NO ab strength and it's so difficult to begin working on improving it because I find even a lot of beginner workouts are too difficult which is really de-motivating. This was great!

Just finished! This is a really great one, and really doable. Some other ab videos give no option for modifications so I just end up taking a break and not getting a good workout, which sucks! But I was able to get through this whole one without stopping, thanks!!

You should do another HIIT rock/ alternative/ emo dance workout with old panic at the disco songs and bon jovi (livin on a prayer and it’s my life), disney songs from a specific movie (like high school musical or camp rock), tiktok songs, or boybands (old jonas brothers, big time rush, and more 1D)!

I am loving all of your 20-25 minute HIIT Hop dance youtube videos! They are motivating me to laugh and dance and exercise and lose weight, all at the same time! Would you ever be interested in making a ab workout for postpartum women? Pelvic floor strengthening and diastasis recti-safe ab workouts and such? We "Moms" would love it! This is a good workout for beginners who can use the extra instruction. I just did jump squats during the breaks. I did, however, nearly collapse on the third round of Russian twists.

But always take things at your own pace! Modify and change when you need to and if you feel any pain that you know isn’t good stop and take a break!! Keep practicing and I guarantee you will get stronger!!💛

I hate abs too but mine need some extra work. Question: I have noticed that I seem to struggle to keep my legs up for the last few exercises of this video. It’s as if they are too weak to stay up for more than a few seconds. Tips to improve that?

Totally normal. I was struggling to keep my legs up!!! That comes with practice so your core takes most of the weight!
