Hello everyone,
My 2 kids are home schooling due to covid-19 restrictions so I put together this video for you to follow along and wake up your muscles and mind. Visit this workout if you are needing a quick learning break or you just need to reach your movement goals for today.
I offer a few options for most exercises in this 20 min Pilates workout so you can really master the basics then challenge yourself when you are ready.
Even though this is specified as kids Pilates it is suitable for all ages. Please feel free modify to your level.
