Join me this week Monday through to Friday to complete 10 minutes of Pilates everyday. It is aimed for kids but adults can join in too, let your inner child play ;)
Each day I will give you a NEW movement focus. Today's focus is programmed to strengthen your back muscles.
Here is your weekly schedule including your movement focus:
Monday: balance, body awareness, proprioception
Tuesday: coordination
Wednesday: stretch
Thursday: posterior strength
Friday: spinal articulation
