Everything about this workout is phenomenal! The combination of the peaceful music and the graceful moves help me calm down after a chaotic day at work. I love all of your Pilates bar videos but I keep coming back to this one :) Thank you for sharing!

Just found your workouts and I’m loving them!! A single mum here of 2 young kids, so being able to do these before they wake up or after they are in bed is a game changer! Struggled a little today with the side planks but hopefully will see some improvement soon! Thanks 🤩

Loved the workout! I did struggle a little today because my neck (during abs) and wrists (during planks) were extra sensitive. Do you have any advice when I have days like that?

Really enjoying this challenge so far! I love my bar but never quite know what to do with it 😊. I also just did the 10 minute every day stretch which was brilliant. So helpful to have the timer as stretching so often gets shortchanged in classes or the second side gets way less time! Thank you - look forward to more. Do you have any workouts with the mini ball?

yeah you made us work for this one. had to make some self modifications on a two of them because my hips were on fire lol. thank you for your amazing workouts 🩷🩷 truly changed my relationship with exercise forever 🩷

I'm so in love with your workouts. I have to do strength training (I'm 42 and having initial perimenopause symptoms), but hate the gym. Your classes are much better than face to face trainings I've been before. I love how dinamic they are and also that we always have weights and accessories for an extra boost. I feel so lucky I found you here. Thank you!

I'm lucky to have you here knowing you are working on your longevity. Building muscle is so important for us women so that's why I love weights in Pilates and incorporating strength work into the workouts too. Jacinta x

This is a great workout but you keep adding extras things every new position and your changing sides (so we can get other perspectives) but it makes it uncomfortable to watch and make you lose interest cause you can't really focus and concentrate to one exercise
