20 Min Pilates Glutes | Pilates for Weight Loss & Strength 28 Day Challenge Day 13
This is a beginner friendly 20 Min Pilates Glutes workout, no equipment required.
This workout has 3 positions for glute exercises: Bridging, kneeling, and sidelying. If you would like to make this workout more challenging, you can use ankle weights or hold a single dumbbell at your hips during the bridging exercises.
My goal is to select exercises that challenge and strengthen you enough to stimulate change in your body. Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, or "toning"/ "sculpting", it is important to feel challenged in the workouts you select. If this workout does not require much effort for you, you can repeat rounds or add additional weight as mentioned above. If your goal is weight loss or toning/sculpting, a calorie deficit is necessary, as exercise alone can not shrink or "tighten" any area. Whatever your goal is, I hope you find my workouts are easy to follow, challenging, and enjoyable!

Day 13 complete! I notice my right flute activating more and that made me happy. I am focused on performing these movements more controlled, as well as listening to what you said about my hip sinking in. It’s a feat but I did it🎉🎉🎉

Great video! I warmed up with 10 minutes of yoga focused on hamstring release. Loved the beautiful, if temporary, setting but the floor looks hard!

This is a great workout, even if you've been doing Pilates for several months. I kept my arms up straight throughout to add that extra challenge. I wasn't able to do that at all with any of the workouts before and am so surprised how doable it is now. Added a few more work outs with this one too......😊

Awesome workout! My glutes, hammies and quads are all burning! I love and hate it all at the same time! 😅 Love this space! Its so pretty... Sidelying must have been uncomfortable though.

Hey there it's me 55 yo lady Day 13 first round done ...good glute workout cause my arms were so sore from yesterday didn't notice my butt 😂...the first bridge with leg raised is still hard for me...BUT I couldn't do more than one in the first or second video...and was able to do almost all...can't wait till I can do them all like yay love the burn...I feel like that's far away but it's the goal 😂 ❤💪 see you tomorrow

Hey Rachel I have alot of questions Firstly I am 16years old and I am loving to do this my aunt suggested your video my main aim is to reduce my weight and also the size of my waist I have been doing this regularly for past 12days but not it is not possible to do everyday so I decided to do this 3days a week is it good? And could you suggest some exercises which helps me to increase my height please.... enjoyed today's workout hope you'll answer my questions ❤and also today was my first day of periods and I did this is it fine?

Hi yes that is fine to do on your period! I recommend following the challenge, it is in order here: kzbin.info/aero/PL6F8elYp4eOFCIMT4EzJbWX8llDIRqtyq You can take days off as needed. There is no exercise that can increase your height as that is genetic but you can improve your posture which may give the illusion of being taller. And at your age I’m sure you are still growing 😊

Is it okay to do the floor exercises with shoes on? my feet slips a lot with/without sock esp. on mat so i find it really difficult to maintain my posture. Thank you

this just really hurt my back. i tried changing my feet width and positing, my use of upper body, a lot of things. How can i do this without lower back pain and having my glutes targeted?
