Going to try this with weights, see how comfortable it is to hold 2 pieces of 2 kgs dumbbells' since the biggest weight I have got it 2 kgs which is not challenging to me :))

Hello am alexcia and i have scoliosis am 17 and mine scoliosis is getting really bad what should I do I go to many doctors and they're telling me different stories its hurt 3 r 4 times a day from me so if I can get some advice or some help I would appreciate it thank you please help me

@@lexytheone8395 hmm I’m not aware of any scoliosis-trained Physios in Jamaica. There is one is Barbados that I’ve seen on Instagram - I’m unaware of their details and quality (it’s far away, I know) but perhaps they can do virtual consult with you? On IG it’s @scoliophysiocaribbean

I have scoliosis and I love using kettlebell but I only use 2kg, 3kg, 6kg and 8kg

Feel free to use whatever kettlebell feels right for your fitness level. If you aren't sure, please use a lighter weight, and as always, please consult a healthcare professional to assess your technique and recommend appropriate weights if you need more guidance.
