I love your videos! I follow your workout videos every morning! I finally am able to stick to a routine that does not hurt my back! I would love it if you could also do a full yoga scoliosis-friendly sequence. I know you explain some poses in another video but a 15-20 minutes sequence would be much appreciated! Thank you for all your hard work.

Thank you, I have lumbar and cervical spondylosis (Osteoarthritis) and these are great workouts not too intense and not too light. May I please request a 30-45 min low impact, no jumping cardio/strength workjout in the future if possible. Thanks again from New Zealand!

We haven't yet done any long-form workouts, however, we created the shorter workouts with the intention that people can mix and match the workouts to create a longer session for themselves. We just posted a 7-day challenge that links together our favourite workouts, 2 each day - have you tried those?

Can't keep switching thru the short workouts - or you would have to go for an aerobic to a non aerobic sequence in between.

That’s totally fine, just switch to stepping in-in-out-out instead of jumping. And soon enough your cardio may improve that you can do the full 60 seconds!

I like the low impact cardio workout - I can't do the jogging and regular jumping jacks. You might want to show the low impact version ( for this 65 year old S curve)

hello i have a guestion. do you think i can workout this too when im after scoliosis operation ?

You will need the clearance from your spine surgeon before you can do any exercise, especially jumping/running. But once you have that clearance, all these movements in our workouts are done in a neutral spine position where there is no twisting or bending so it is generally safe for people with scoliosis and post-op fusion.
