Great workout for legs, booty and abs. I love using ankle weights! I’ll be doing this one again soon. Gotta keep my 67 year old body in shape!

This is an amazing workout (even without ankle weights)! I have a lower leg injury so I can only do mat workouts. I wish there were more out there like this one. Thank you! ❤️

This was so amazing! Burned 100 calories and am sweating!!! I’m a nanny and completed it while he napped.

ankle weights and pilates ball are my favorites! I find them super effective! Thank you Larie, It was Great, can't wait to the next one! :)

I agree!! I am a former trainer (Les Mills) and during quarantine I stumbled across your videos. Yesterday I worked out again (done a couple of workouts so far; Gayle, I suggest you also try the miniband workouts if you haven't already :-D) and today I hear my lower body complaining! I loved it a lot! does not tire. You enjoy as you push the limits of your muscles. The last 5 minutes were challenging for me, and my goal is to fully realize the last 5 minutes. I can move on to other videos later. I think to do it every 2 days

Wow your amazing. I go to gym to bulk yet never feel that much in my legs. Done this ankle weights one and my legs are propa burning. Thank you so much for this. Just hope my legs look as great as yours as I will stick with this.xx

This was the perfect ankle weight leg workout! Hit all the major muscle groups well! Loved the burnout at the end! Used 5lb ankle weights and it was a great challenge! Thanks girl! We added this on to your 30 Minute Arms & Core! 💗💪🏻

Thank you for a great workout! It was perfect to do before I had to start work! I didn't have ankle weights so I used a resistance band and sure enough it worked!

on your next video. Im going to need a 30-minute video on how you make this workout look so easy. I need some motivation to do this intense workout again. Amazing video. My thighs look instantaneously muscular after this workout.

Thank you for this workout! I really feel my glutes and inner thighs. Although behind the place where my legs bend (back of my knees) hurts, like the tendons or I don’t know and I need to drop my leg immediately:’( But I continued 😎😎❤️❤️
