Great workout for legs, booty and abs. I love using ankle weights! I’ll be doing this one again soon. Gotta keep my 67 year old body in shape!

This is an amazing workout (even without ankle weights)! I have a lower leg injury so I can only do mat workouts. I wish there were more out there like this one. Thank you! ❤️

I agree!! I am a former trainer (Les Mills) and during quarantine I stumbled across your videos. Yesterday I worked out again (done a couple of workouts so far; Gayle, I suggest you also try the miniband workouts if you haven't already :-D) and today I hear my lower body complaining! I loved it a lot! does not tire. You enjoy as you push the limits of your muscles. The last 5 minutes were challenging for me, and my goal is to fully realize the last 5 minutes. I can move on to other videos later. I think to do it every 2 days

Thank you for a great workout! It was perfect to do before I had to start work! I didn't have ankle weights so I used a resistance band and sure enough it worked!
