I can go a little longer each session without resting/stopping, but I've done this workout probably 5-6 times now and I still am no where near doing it all without stopping. I only use 1lb weights on each ankle too.

This was the first of your workouts I have completed, and it was a killer routine! I am pretty sure it would have been very effective even without the ankle weights. Great set! Hi Larie. I had COMPLETELY given up with workouts because I always end up hurting myself. But I brought back those ankle weights from my family home and today I had the idea to search for a workout included them. I am SO glad I clicked on your video because for the FIRST time (and boy have I tried a lot of home workouts and KZbin channels) I felt like I completely understood every single movement. You always explain where we should feel it, if we might need to go towards one direction or the other, where it might hurt and what we can do to adjust. Every single question I could have, you replied to in the workout. Weights are NOT recommended for beginners! When working the outer thigh(upper leg) heel should be higher , toes facing downward!
