I have to say, out of all the workout videos I’ve watched on youtube, this channel’s are the best at motivating me. Sexy, “tank top ready” arms aren’t really why I’m doing this. It’s nice that here they remind me to focus on my own, individual goals

Just discovered your channel and I am LOVING all the options. I have been wanting to get into strength training more but with no guidance, I felt kinda lost. I have picked up bits and pieces over the years but I have confidence with follow along videos. I love the variety of workouts and the variety of workout lengths. I have no doubt I'll always be able to find a workout to fit my needs. Thank you again. I also shared your 20 minute seated workout with my mom who has MS and struggles physically. WOW....this was like having my personal trainer back in my life! I live 30 miles from the closest gym. I just discovered you today! BEST arm workout I've found while searching the internet in YEARS. I've been using Hasfit for a few years now. I like to do the 13 minute standing abs workout, as I cannot move very well, following an ankle operation. This just suits me. I've done a few others though., but the 13 minute just fits my schedule. I miss it if I don't do it, and anybody can fit 13 minutes into their day. I love these two instructors and feel like they are family now, as I follow them in my living room. Their messages during the workout should be listened to.

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

I wanted to let you both know that your videos are helping me become a stronger woman mentally and physically. I’ve been doing your program for 3 months now and I’m starting to see definition and muscle throughout my body. I recently traveled and lifting my suitcase was a huge sign of success for me. I was also able to ski downhill without any trouble and I had more stamina working my legs. I'm pairing this one with one of your leg workouts at midnight here in North Dakota. Working out between the hours of 5am and 9pm is NOT an option while I homeschool my four kids ranging in age from 4 months to 7 years old. This is a great workoit! I only did it about four times and I couldn’t do the triceps with 10 pounds at all in the beginning but after only a few days I can already do it. It’s made me much stronger and I am greatful for that!
