Because today's workout is short and less intense, you may be tempted to skip it. Skipping workouts is not part of the Clutch Life plan. Besides, training your flexibility is just great for your muscles and your joints. If your muscles can move well through an entire range of motion, you'll be less prone to injury. Stretching your muscles can also help them recover from tough workouts and help you prepare for tomorrow!
During the stretch series, do each exercise twice before moving on to the next one. After each 30-second set, spend 10-15 seconds shaking out your muscles before moving on.
| Clutch Life |
True fitness is not a short-lived experiment; it's a lifelong commitment to your personal health and well-being. That's what the Clutch Life 24/7 Fitness Trainer is all about. In addition to full nutrition and supplement information, it includes a sustainable training plan you can follow in real-time from the comfort of your home, at the gym, or on the road!
Ashley Conrad-celebrity trainer and the founder and CEO of Clutch Bodyshop-has created a fitness plan you can follow all day, every day. She's not asking you to prepare your meals on Sunday and prepack them for the rest of your life. She's not asking you to be in the gym for two hours every day. Instead, she's developed a simple-yet-effective protocol you can adopt immediately and use forever.
Throughout Clutch Life, Ashley provides expert nutrition and supplement advice you can easily implement into your daily life. But she also goes a step further. In Clutch Life, you'll be able to work out with Ashley and her Clutch Bodyshop athletes-in real-time!
Every day includes a video you can watch anywhere, anytime. You'll have complete coaching and motivation right in your pocket! Best of all, many of these workouts take less than an hour, so you'll be able to do your workouts and get on with the rest of your life.
The Clutch Life training plan is built on a series of circuits, requires minimal equipment, and is totally scalable to your fitness level. It will help you lose fat, build muscle, and even includes a specific nutrition plan for each goal!
Get ready to train with Ashley Conrad and get Clutch for life.

Hi, I had a question. I wanted to know that the exercises that you have given us in this section, each of which is 20 minutes, 30 minutes or 57 minutes, and each of them is for one day, will it increase muscle mass, or is it for weight loss and just health?

My career in athletics (coach), fitness (personal trainer), and wellness (corporate supervisor) ran from 1973-2016. I know a good professional from one that is not so good. Ashley is a good one. I am retired, but still workout regularly. I design all of the workouts for my wife and I, but we use Ashley’s core and dynamic stretching routines. They are done very well, and it is clear to me that she always has her audience in mind with her instructions and implementation. But, what impressed me most, and what says all that you need to know about her is how she dresses for these videos. She is clearly a very attractive woman, but what she wears is designed to take the focus off of her and directs it to the workout. This may sound bazaar, but it is very important. Take notice of this whenever you watch a training video. If the instructor is a well built man wearing a tight, sleeveless top, or, no top at all; or, the woman is wearing tight shorty shorts and revealing sports bras...stay away from that video. Why? These instructors miss the fundamental quality of being an effective fitness professional: it is not about you. Think about the affect that this has on your audience. A man with a belly and 40 lbs of excess fat is easily discouraged when he is standing near a sculpted Adonis with 6-pack abs. A woman whose body has seen the effects of 6 children, and is self conscious about her lost youth, will shy away from standing near a scantily clad fitness beauty. Lastly, I wish that the men would put on a shirt. In my 43 years I have never worked in any environment that did not have strict rules on this. Some of the more exclusive clubs did not even allow tank tops. Why, then, are the men always bare chested? In training videos functionality comes before aesthetics. More accurately, aesthetics is the result of functionality. It would mean more to the efficacy of a training video to have an average man or woman performing the movements. Face it, Ashley’s subjects are not average. They are a model and a professional athlete.

Flexibility is something we should definitely all concentrate on especially for the later years of our lives in order for us to have mobility, as a former dancer I needed to be really flexible, but I've never stopped stretched since my dancing ended because it's become a part of my life if you've never done a stretch or yoga class before, I have the perfect beginners workout "stretching for beginners" to get you started and plenty more

Love the workouts, well done.... little note - hamstring stretch seated with a round back - generally not a good idea - it is a hamstrings stretch - not a back stretch. With back straight, you you have more hamstrings actions and SAFE back - tilt at the hips, not a back inflection. Still watched few videos and most are just fantastic! - Great JOB!
