@@dhanushrajamohan7348 just use whatever you can manage tho, whichever move is your weakest use a weight that's OK for that (usually the fly's). Then move up when you can

Been doing the 20 mins series with different muscle groups for quite a while now.. Did this and the back video today for variation.. I must say, they were both amazingggg!! Waiting for legs, shoulders and arms in this series!! :) Thanks as always champ!!

I really love your training programs. They fit my lifestyle. I love the way you can take a 10 minute or 20 minute version of a muscle group to manage time constraints. I have noticed that on this particular video for some reason the percent of exercise routine elapsed meter doesn’t engage until the second round. Now I’m used to it. I guess there’s nothing you can do about it at this point. But I was wondering the first time I did the routine if I was working out through some sort of introductory set. Anyhow, excellent video.

There is no need to use heavy weight (unless u need it) In order to feel your chest while working out u should have a good mind muscle connection

Depends on what your main goal for training is. A common weekly structure would be something like this: Day1: Chest Day 2: Back Day 3: Legs Day 4: Arms Day 5: Shoulders

For the incline press, I have a bench but I can't adjust it. Should I lean on it for an incline or would a regular press be just as effective for this workout?

Will this workout yield any results if I have a very skinny chest? The rest of my body is somewhat average but no matter how much I eat the mass goes everywhere except for my chest :///

Put in the work you will see results. Everyone is built differently but if you have correct form,, dedication and you eat right, all that, you'll be fine and grow. Most people don't see results because of not enough calories. Eat 3k a day and work out, you'll notice in a month a difference

This workout was excellent. The music was terrible though 😅 I love all your other workouts and the music. This is the first I found it made the workout harder to get through, love your other playlists, more mellow, still motivational 🥰 maybe because I workout at night it is just my preference 🙃 the workout rocks, as always. As I always say. So creative. Chest is my least favourite muscle group lol
