I really love your training programs. They fit my lifestyle. I love the way you can take a 10 minute or 20 minute version of a muscle group to manage time constraints. I have noticed that on this particular video for some reason the percent of exercise routine elapsed meter doesn’t engage until the second round. Now I’m used to it. I guess there’s nothing you can do about it at this point. But I was wondering the first time I did the routine if I was working out through some sort of introductory set. Anyhow, excellent video.

Depends on what your main goal for training is. A common weekly structure would be something like this: Day1: Chest Day 2: Back Day 3: Legs Day 4: Arms Day 5: Shoulders

Put in the work you will see results. Everyone is built differently but if you have correct form,, dedication and you eat right, all that, you'll be fine and grow. Most people don't see results because of not enough calories. Eat 3k a day and work out, you'll notice in a month a difference

This workout was excellent. The music was terrible though 😅 I love all your other workouts and the music. This is the first I found it made the workout harder to get through, love your other playlists, more mellow, still motivational 🥰 maybe because I workout at night it is just my preference 🙃 the workout rocks, as always. As I always say. So creative. Chest is my least favourite muscle group lol
