Challenge yourself! As I mentioned during the workout, this is a challenge! How did you do? Did you make it through all the sprints, will you try to go heavier next time for the climbs, what was your max heart rate ? It's so awesome to see the progress you're making. Stay consistent with your fitness and do this workout again in 2, 3, or 4 weeks and see how you've improved from the first time through.

I got through it. It was most definitely a challenge but good stuff, loved it. I made it through all the sprints. Yes I will challenge myself even more on climbs next time. I don't know my max heart rate on that because I don't own a heart rate monitor. Fun Stuff, loved it please keep them coming.

Clearly everyone is kicking butt with this workout and I love it!!!! 🤩😍🤩 So awesome to see how you all are doing!!!! 💜💜💜 I finally had a chance to do this workout this morning, since I said I would share how I did too! I had to take 1 week off from all exercise to let my eyes heal and this was my first day back. About 11 minutes in I had to take a bit more of a recovery! Eek, I was 😵😵!! The climbs got me! Oh my goodness, I had reached my max HR at that point! Max HR was 173 and calories 176. It was a doozy that’s for sure! I’ll be anxious to try again in a month or so and see if anything has changed. Keep being amazing and I can’t wait to see you on the bike!!

After a week of spin and a sore butt i tried this today and it was INTENSE! However if like me you are chasing the Burn, you will get the burn with maximum effort its all what you put in. This is my Fave so far! Glad i did this!

I loved this. I'm new to using a spin bike. My heart rate was over 150 for most of it. I was able to do all the sprints and stand up. Some was at a slower pace because of a surgery. But I think I killed it :).

Loved it today. Did this straight oif the back of the 45 minute Rolling Hills. Max HR 168. Top speed 34km. 70 minutes overall (skipped cooldown of RH and warm up of HIIT) And burned 700 cals and 23km. Now for stretching and weights for dessert. Turning 50 in December. 😁😁😁. I’m a bit of a late comer to the spinning world, but have been doing one of your sessions 6 days a week for the last few weeks, varying from today’s massive session, down to a quick 20 minute HIIT class before or after work if I’m working shifts. Well it’s been about 6 weeks since I was on the bike because of vacations, kids school, and just plain lack of motivation. But I was surprised I made it through this even though my normal resistance placements seemed a little harder. Grateful for these quick rides so I can still get on my weights 😘

Wasn’t feeling it today and had to force myself to do this, my legs were feeling heavy and I was sluggish and slow. It wasn’t pretty but I got through it and didn’t even have to modify. I’m proud of how I did and actually did better than I expected.

Thank you Kayleigh, I have done many of your cycle sessions but this one is a go to, that I come back to, time and time again. Love the ones with your dog as well! My performance depends what I've done before. I mix up a number of different routines, from endurance losing myself in the alps or somewhere scenic, for 60 to 120 minutes, to a 30 min burn, where I go quickly for first 10 mins, then 20 mins of 50:50 speed recover half minutes. I play 5 a side football on Mondays so, if I do this class 2 days later, I struggle. If I've had a cycle free day, I really go at this EDM HIIT full throttle, ending in a sea of sweat at the end, wringing my soaked towel out. Your classes are enjoyable, challenging, repeatable. They make you want to and look forward to hitting the bike routinely and frequently.

Hi Kaleigh, I thought I'd tackle this workout today, but I did the 45 Min Team Sprint first, then the 20 Min EDM HiiT Cycling workout and stayed for dessert with your Post stretching exercise. Wow! let me tell you that was seriously awesome and sweatastik workout, loved it. First..wow. I was running late on time but I refuse to miss a work out. Saw the new vid and was instantly excited. Bpm at the end of the last sprint was 168 and I burned a total of 212 calories. I always thought I was an even mix of team sprint team climb because they are equally hard in their own ways. Man was I happy to have that one climb song today! Wow! I did this after 35min lifting weight, 1st sprint :144bpm, last sprint : 170bpm, 300 kcal ( rest HR : 47bpm, max HR : 185bpm, 36 yo) Yes! It feels so good!!

Wow!!! Amazing I’m still out of breath. Active calories 125 high heart rate 109. Honestly I was hoping for more. But for now I know I’m on the right path… and your work outs rock!!!

This was one of your most fun workouts, but they're all so fun! I don't have a watch so no HR, but my bike said I burned 158 calories. I did do all of the sprints :)

Holy smokes!! I’m definitely a team sprint but this kicked my butt lol. Loved it, made it most of the way threw the sprints but did have to cut them a little early. I look forward to getting all the way threw this workout
