Challenge yourself! As I mentioned during the workout, this is a challenge! How did you do? Did you make it through all the sprints, will you try to go heavier next time for the climbs, what was your max heart rate ? It's so awesome to see the progress you're making. Stay consistent with your fitness and do this workout again in 2, 3, or 4 weeks and see how you've improved from the first time through.

I got through it. It was most definitely a challenge but good stuff, loved it. I made it through all the sprints. Yes I will challenge myself even more on climbs next time. I don't know my max heart rate on that because I don't own a heart rate monitor. Fun Stuff, loved it please keep them coming.

The climbs are so tough!! 🔥 I was kind of thinking we need a team climb HIIT workout, but might need to talk myself into first!! 😵😆😵

Clearly everyone is kicking butt with this workout and I love it!!!! 🤩😍🤩 So awesome to see how you all are doing!!!! 💜💜💜 I finally had a chance to do this workout this morning, since I said I would share how I did too! I had to take 1 week off from all exercise to let my eyes heal and this was my first day back. About 11 minutes in I had to take a bit more of a recovery! Eek, I was 😵😵!! The climbs got me! Oh my goodness, I had reached my max HR at that point! Max HR was 173 and calories 176. It was a doozy that’s for sure! I’ll be anxious to try again in a month or so and see if anything has changed. Keep being amazing and I can’t wait to see you on the bike!!

After a week of spin and a sore butt i tried this today and it was INTENSE! However if like me you are chasing the Burn, you will get the burn with maximum effort its all what you put in. This is my Fave so far! Glad i did this!

15 min in and I was feeling like I should quit. I was soooo tired. I did one of the beginner 20 min workouts yesterday night. Probably didn't give myself enough recovery. I'm just really trying to push myself! Excited to try this again two weeks from now! Now it is time for the 🍨

This is BY FAR my favorite 20 minute HIIT/Workout of your entire collection. I know, pre Stella and renovated room, but you bring the FIRE... please make a couple more 20 minute HIITs like this. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to fitness, it is infectious!

As a new cycler, I really appreciate your workouts! This workout was great, even for 6am.! I'm definitely Team Sprint! I decided to take your challenge and write down my stats. Output 95, calories 113, distance 5.8 miles. My "7" on this ride was a 14 resistance.

165 max 203 cals with a little extra warm up and cool down for a total of 28 mins. AWESOME for a night I had only limited time!!

This was great. I did the warm up video then this. Max HR was 159, avg HR 128. Always stay for dessert! Thank you. You get me through cycling. I hated it before I found your channel.

Just did this one after I completed the fifteen minute HIIT floor video in #48. Happy I did 8.43kms and 126 cals. Improvement on the precious 20 min video combos.

These 20 minute workouts are perfect for those of us who are short on time, but wanting to get fit! I gather with a group virtually from my office before we begin our workday and we pedal together while watching you on MS Teams. Please create more 20 minute workouts for us! Please!! :)

Whoo! This was like My Heart Goes Boom! Boom! I got fooled Gal. Thought it’s only for 20 min., easy. I will do a warm up & than I will do weights training after. No way, it was like 45 min. Workout. Thank you, really enjoyed it. Unexpected but turned out too good. 💖💜💚💙🤍🤎🧡

I loved this. I'm new to using a spin bike. My heart rate was over 150 for most of it. I was able to do all the sprints and stand up. Some was at a slower pace because of a surgery. But I think I killed it :).

Team Sprint Max HR 158 average through the workout 140-145 burned close to 200 cals! Not bad at all for 20 mins! Thank you Kaleigh!

Loved it today. Did this straight oif the back of the 45 minute Rolling Hills. Max HR 168. Top speed 34km. 70 minutes overall (skipped cooldown of RH and warm up of HIIT) And burned 700 cals and 23km. Now for stretching and weights for dessert. Turning 50 in December. 😁😁😁. Love your work Kayleigh. 👏👏👏

Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. I’m a bit of a late comer to the spinning world, but have been doing one of your sessions 6 days a week for the last few weeks, varying from today’s massive session, down to a quick 20 minute HIIT class before or after work if I’m working shifts. After gym closures due to C19 and injuring my hip doing a 1/2 marathon back in May, the bike and your channel is a Godsend. Thanks again. 👏👏👏

Well it’s been about 6 weeks since I was on the bike because of vacations, kids school, and just plain lack of motivation. But I was surprised I made it through this even though my normal resistance placements seemed a little harder. Grateful for these quick rides so I can still get on my weights 😘

This one killed me! I had to pare it back in the middle and skip a couple sprints, but once I felt ok I got back on track and finished. Will definitely come back to this one in a couple weeks and give it another go 😵

Wasn’t feeling it today and had to force myself to do this, my legs were feeling heavy and I was sluggish and slow. It wasn’t pretty but I got through it and didn’t even have to modify. I’m proud of how I did and actually did better than I expected.

That was a great 20min workout. 128.1 cal burnt but i had to hold the baby for a min n slowed me down. Thanks for the great hiit workout

Thank you Kayleigh, I have done many of your cycle sessions but this one is a go to, that I come back to, time and time again. Love the ones with your dog as well! My performance depends what I've done before. I mix up a number of different routines, from endurance losing myself in the alps or somewhere scenic, for 60 to 120 minutes, to a 30 min burn, where I go quickly for first 10 mins, then 20 mins of 50:50 speed recover half minutes. I play 5 a side football on Mondays so, if I do this class 2 days later, I struggle. If I've had a cycle free day, I really go at this EDM HIIT full throttle, ending in a sea of sweat at the end, wringing my soaked towel out. Your classes are enjoyable, challenging, repeatable. They make you want to and look forward to hitting the bike routinely and frequently.

Just finished this one. Wow! Got my heart rate up. 171 was my high. Can’t wait to do in couple weeks and see improvement in the 8’s. But loved it and can’t wait to do again. You have perfect timing for giving out support to keep me going. Thank you!

I’ve been doing your cycling workouts for the past 2weeks. I LOVE your energy and music. Stella is also my fav. 💗 Today I burned 148 calories in that 20 minutes! My average heart rate was 137.

Hi Kaleigh, I wish I could give you tumbs up everytime I've done your workouts. I particularly love the HIIT ones because I can get them done at 4am and still have some time left to stretch and relax before getting ready to go to work. After more than 2 years without spinning classes, It's amazing to find such an energetic class with your vibe.

Hi Kaleigh, I thought I'd tackle this workout today, but I did the 45 Min Team Sprint first, then the 20 Min EDM HiiT Cycling workout and stayed for dessert with your Post stretching exercise. Wow! let me tell you that was seriously awesome and sweatastik workout, loved it. The 20 Min EDM HiiT Team Sprint is amazing for all levels and a fun add on so either way its a great way to have seconds and cheat a healthy way. Team sprint all the way! Average HR was 164 bpm, Max was 185. Total calories burned was 187. I was able to do all the sprints but those climbs always get me! Stayed for desert and did the cool down stretches. Love your videos!

Best video so far, this is my 3rd/4th video of yours I have done. An absolute sweaty mess after it so it was perfect! Can't stand on my bike so I add a half level for the standing portions instead. Will definitely be doing it again!!!

First..wow. I was running late on time but I refuse to miss a work out. Saw the new vid and was instantly excited. Bpm at the end of the last sprint was 168 and I burned a total of 212 calories. I always thought I was an even mix of team sprint team climb because they are equally hard in their own ways. Man was I happy to have that one climb song today! Dripping sweat and ready to do the rest of my workout. Thank you for his one! Love the videos per usual! This one has moved to one of my faves for sure!

Legs were heavy after a body pump class yesterday but I wanted to do a quick spin today and boy did I burn during these awesome sprints!!! Loved it 😂 max heart rate 178. Keep them coming please ♥️♥️

I love these short but intense workouts. Perfect for my busy life. My average heart rate was 134 and the max was 166. I definitely enjoy sprints more than climbs.

Wow! I did this after 35min lifting weight, 1st sprint :144bpm, last sprint : 170bpm, 300 kcal ( rest HR : 47bpm, max HR : 185bpm, 36 yo) Yes! It feels so good!!

Wow!!! Amazing I’m still out of breath. Active calories 125 high heart rate 109. Honestly I was hoping for more. But for now I know I’m on the right path… and your work outs rock!!!

This was one of your most fun workouts, but they're all so fun! I don't have a watch so no HR, but my bike said I burned 158 calories. I did do all of the sprints :)

Holy smokes!! I’m definitely a team sprint but this kicked my butt lol. Loved it, made it most of the way threw the sprints but did have to cut them a little early. I look forward to getting all the way threw this workout
